A supplement of £20 applies if you require a pick up/drop off before 03.30hrs, this will be paid direct to the car park. Secured compound has security doors and 24 hour on site security.

Arrival Procedure

You should proceed to the set down area, which is the lay-by in front of the terminal building on the left as you drive up the ramp. A representative of Stansted Valet Parking will be waiting for you with a trolley for your luggage. Return details will be confirmed and keys handed over. If the road leading to the terminal is closed for security reasons proceed to the red zone of the short stay car park by the ticket machines. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early or late for your agreed meet time and you have not called 07854 246147 to tell us we cannot guarantee that the driver will be there to meet you. A supplement of £20.00 applies if you require a pick up/drop off before 0330 hours. This will be paid direct to the car park.

Departure Procedure

Once you have exited the luggage hall, please call the pre-arranged number you received on arrival and we will direct you to the correct area to collect your car. A supplement of £20.00 applies if you require a pick up/drop off between 0100 and 0330 hours. This will be paid direct to the car park.

All drivers are fully insured to drive customers cars.

A supplement of £20.00 applies if you require a pick up/drop off before 0330 hours. This will be paid direct to the car park. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part-used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
