Arrival Procedure
At the entry barrier do not press the button to get an entry ticket. Insert the same credit card used to make the booking - the last four digits are shown on your confirmation - with the magnetic strip facing down and to the right. A ticket will be issued containing your unique booking reference and the barrier will open. A ticket will not be issued if the wrong credit card is used. If you do not have the correct card, press the button to obtain an entry ticket. Follow signs to the open zone. Transfers to and from the airport operate approximately every 20 minutes and take 10 to 15 minutes. Allow 45 minutes from arrival to enter, park and transfer to the terminal.
Departure Procedure
On your return go to the pick up point on the terminal forecourt to get the bus. If you entered using your credit card, drive to the exit barrier and insert the entry ticket with the booking reference on. The barrier will open. No money will be taken from your card unless you have stayed longer than booked. If you did not have your credit card and took an entry ticket you must report to the manned kiosk - the blue booth - where your booking will be processed manually. Do not insert a credit card at the exit barrier as you will be charged again at the standard gate rate.

Insurance
Offers free cover for damage resulting from any act or omission on the part of its servants or agents. Parking is at vehicle owners` own risk.
Notes
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part-used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
