Information

Arrival Procedure

Drive to the valet parking drop-off point at the far end of the set down lane on the arrivals forecourt. The valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you.

Departure Procedure

Follow signs to the short stay car park and then signs to fast track. Your keys should be collected from the short stay customer service building on the corner of the fast track car park. Please call 01279 680095 on arrival.

Security

Your car will be parked in a secure and official on-airport car park whilst you are away.

Insurance

The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Notes

This service is operational 24 hours a day. To book this service please ensure that you make your bookings 2 days before you are due to arrive at the car park. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part-used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
