Arrival Procedure

When you are 30 minutes from the Airport call either 07795 951372 or 07786 431854 to re-confirm your time of arrival. If you do not have a mobile phone please re confirm your time of arrival the day before you travel by calling 01279 870086. To meet the driver moving your car to the storage compound, follow signs for the terminal at Stansted Airport and then signs for the short term parking. At the entrance to the short term parking take a ticker and proceed to Zone E. Drive right to the front of the car closest to the terminal where a member of Gateway staff will be waiting with a clipboard indentifying them. Hand your booking voucher and short term car park entry ticket to gatway and proceed direct to check-in. Your car will be taken to the storage compound.

Departure Procedure

On return from Holiday and having cleared customs please call Gateway on either 07795 951372 or 07786 431854 and proceed to Zone E. Your car will be returned to you within 20 minutes of your call. You will be given an exit ticket for the short term car park and can drive directly home.

Disabled Facilities

As you are met outside the terminal there is direct disabled access to the Airport. Provided your car can be driven by any driver Gateway will be happy to provide a service. Should you have special requirements please call Gateway on 01279 870086.
