Arrival Procedure

As you exit the M11 towards Stansted please call the car park on 0845 2998877 to advise of your arrival. Follow the signs to the Short Stay parking, head into the parking area & enter the RED CAR PARK. The chauffeur will meet you at ROW M.

Departure Procedure

On your Return you will receive a text message to say your car is waiting, please call the car park on 0845 2998877. After customs turn right and head towards the RED CAR PARK, where you previously parked. Its an approximate 7 minute walk through the terminal & down the ramp. If you arrive more than 15 mins late or early without informing us we cannot guarantee to book you in immediately.

Security

This Car Park has electric gates, double perimeter fencing, CCTV and is manned.

Insurance

Notes

Comstrad take your car from you at the Airport Short Term Car Park and return it to you in person.
Your car will be driven to a Secure Compound that is 10 miles away from the Terminal.
In order to book this service you will be required to provide the following information - Inbound & Outbound Flight numbers, Airport Terminals, Car Details and Contact Telephone number.
