I used woodlands for my holiday long term parking at Stansted, in feb 2008. When arriving at the airport I was left to wait for an hour outside the airpot (at -3C). As requested, once I had my luggage I rang the service. I was expecting the car to be waiting outside but I was told it would be available in 15 mins, eventually this was 1 hr. I was not given any valid reason or this. I will never use them again.

This company is totally unprofessional. Quick to take your booking with your money but should you have a problem i.e. change or cancel a booking (within the Terms and Conditions stated) you will only be able to get through to an ansaphone. No one calls you back, no one replies to your emails or letters.

This company has no customer service they returned my car with �458 damage to rear lights & bumper, over phone after menny calls they ask for 3 quotes had to send these 4 times over 6 weeks before they admited reciving, then nothing inspite of menny more calls, finaly they just say their insurance won't pay 10 weeks later. Evrey thing goes to an answer phone, they do not return calls . use this company only if you wont your car damages becouce THEY WONT PAY FOR IT

Car park was clean, tidy and secure and the service all ran very smoothly.

felt it could have been a little cheaper however overall a good experience and would use again.
