Southampton Port has three cruise terminals dedicated to passengers and cruising. Each terminal is equipped with a reception and baggage handling facilities.
Queen Elizabeth II Cruise Terminal
Food and drink - There is a cafe located within the main visitors lounge and a buffet service in the main embarkation lounge.
Taxis can be booked vis the pursers office or at the taxi rank outside the embarkation lounge.
In addition to the above the terminal benefits from full disabled facilities, payphones, a shuttle bus and shopping centre open during the day.
City Cruise Terminal
Food and drink - The terminal benefits from a fully licensed bar as well as a cafe in the departure lounge. There are some refreshments available after check-in however these are very limited.
The short stay car park is adjacent to the terminal building.
There is a taxi rank located just outside the arrivals hall.
Mayflower Cruise Terminal
Food and drink - You will find a fully licensed bar in the departure lounge after check-in and refreshments are also available in the arrivals hall.
The terminal benefits from a viewing gallery that is open 1 hour before a vessel sails, proof of identity is required to gain access.
You will find a dedicated taxi rank outside the arrivals hall that also has a valet service.
