Insurance

All cars parked or stored with Cruise Parking Ltd. Maple Manor will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any loss or damage claims for vehicles must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Maple Manor. All vehicles will only be driven by qualified drivers and under Maple Manor\'s own specialist road risk insurance. Parking is at owner\'s own risk subject to printed terms and conditions

Please note that this service is for Southampton Cruise Port Only. There is no extra charge for this product. Please re confirm your booking with Maple Manor as soon as you have made you reservation by calling 01293 863322. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car parks standard daily rate. Please note No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
