Arrival Procedure

We now operate a credit card recognition system. Please remember which debit or credit card you made the booking with and bring it with you. When you arrive at the airport, drive up to the car park entry barrier. Do not press the ticket button. Insert your debit or credit card in the entry barrier. The barrier will recognise your details from your online booking and will allow you to enter the car park.

Departure Procedure

Upon your return to the airport after your flight, go straight to your car and drive to the exit barrier. Insert the same credit or debit card in the barrier. This will allow you to exit the car park. Although you no longer need your booking confirmation voucher, you are advised to bring it in case there is a system failure.

Security

Car park has 24hr manned patrol, CCTV and barriers at both entry and exit points.

Insurance

Cars are parked at their owners` own risk, subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.

Notes

Please read the following instructions very carefully. Although you no longer need your booking confirmation voucher, you are advised to bring it in case there is a system failure. Passengers parked outside their booked time band(s) will be charged an additional sum for such parking at the airport`s standard tariff rate in force at that time. Any customers not using the credit card entry system must follow the procedure below to validate their tickets. An administration fee of £10 will be deducted from any refunds of double payments made through failure to adhere to the procedure. If you lose your entry ticket to the car park you will be charged £20. Please bring a copy of this booking confirmation with you when arriving at the airport. Enter the main terminal car park and take a ticket to raise the barrier. Then please find a space to park. On your return, take your entry ticket together with this booking confirmation to the information desk inside the terminal building, where your entry ticket will be endorsed for exit. Proceed to the car park exit in your vehicle, where a car park attendant will take your confirmation and entry ticket to allow you to exit. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part-used stays, and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
