Payment
How you pay for your airport car parking varies depending on the car park provider and the individual car park. We have generalised the most common procedures, so that you have an idea of how payment for airport parking works. Your car park provider will equip you with the relevant information for your car park when making your booking.
Credit Card payment
In most instances payment will be charged directly to your credit/debit card and you will not need the card again. You are advised however, to take the card with which you made the booking to the car park in case of any discrepancies.
A number of car parks have facilitated a new e-ticket payment process. For car parks using this service, the card with which you made your booking MUST be taken with you to the car park. On arrival, insert the card at the barrier, the machine will recognise your booking and you will be permitted access. On departure, the same card must be inserted at the exit barrier.
Meet and Greet/Chauffeur Services
In this instance payment is taken at the time of booking. You should always take your car parking confirmation/receipt with you in case of discrepancies.
Please note that dependent on your airport parking provider, you may have to confirm your booking 24 hours prior to travel.
Voucher/Ticket Exchange
At some airport car parks you will be required to take a ticket/voucher on arrival, this is then exchanged for your car on your return at the car park reception. At car parks that park your car for you, the entrance ticket or voucher is exchanged for your car keys.
Occasionally you will be asked to sign in. The receipt you are given upon signing in must be retained to prove ownership of your car on your return.
Pay on Foot Machines
These are very rarely used for pre-booked parking, it is advisable to pre book your parking as it saves money and time.
