Arrival Procedure

Please telephone 07772 837 715 approximatley 20 mins before your arrival at the terminal to confirm your arrival time. Drive to the Drop Off/Pick Up area directly outside the Terminal building, where your driver will collect your car. Your driver will be identified by a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo.

Departure Procedure

When you have collected you baggage, please telephone 07772 83 77 15. After making contact, proceed to the covered area outside the main terminal/exit. Please wait here for our driver to return your vehicle to you. If your return date changes we require at least 24hrs notice to ensure we have your vehicle available for your return.

Security

The storage site is a manned, fully fenced secure compound with site security patrols.

Insurance

All our drivers are comprehensively insured to drive all vehicles on a public road. All vehicles are parked at customer's own risk. Drop and Go parking will make good damage to the vehicle caused by the proven negligence or will act or acts its employees subject to the following conditions: i) Any damage must be reported before the handover of the vehicle is completed. ii) Any repairs will be carried out by a garage selected by Drop and Go Parking.

Please telephone 01603 87 27 17 after you have made your booking to confirm all details with the car park. Please telephone 07772 837 715 approximately 20mins before your arrival at the terminal to confirm your arrival time. If your arrival time is going to be significantly different from your booked time, please call 01603 87 27 17 or 07772 837715 to rearrange. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
