Arrival Procedure
Please Drive to Norwich Airport - all customers will be met in the in the Short Term Car Park (no vehicles are allowed to proceed to the front of the Terminal ) therefore this is the nearest point to the Terminal less than 50 mtrs walking distance. Assistance to check in can be provided for disabled or elderly passengers if required. Vehicles will then be moved to A.T. Park and Fly site and returned to the Short Term Car Park for your return. ***IMPORTANT**** PLEASE RING the number on your confirmation WHEN YOU ARE 15 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT TO RECONFIRM YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME - (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MOBILE PHONE PLEASE CALL BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME).
Departure Procedure
Cars are returned to the Short Term Car Park for the clients arrival.
