Stansted Airport Remind Passengers Of Safety Restrictions

Stansted Airport are reminding passengers travelling through the airport that thay should be aware of security restirctions that are still in place to ensure their holiday can begin with the minimum of hassle.

Stansted Airport are epecting some 80,000 passengers in the peak season and have made the announcement to ensure hassle and delay are kept to a minimum for both passengers and their staff. Reminders have been given scissors and knives being banned from hand luggage as well as the restrictions in place for liquids. All liquids must be carried within a container and be 100ml or less, the container should also be shown to security in a clear plastic bag that is re-sealable.

Stansted Airport had advised passengers to turn up for their flights at least two hours before departure ensuring as well to keep their luggage to the barest minimum that they will require whilst on holiday.
