Newcastle Airport Invest In Attracting High Profile Visitors

Newcastle Airport management have announced an extension to the airport that will see a £20 million investment in attracting more business travellers and private jets to the airport.

The investment started with the purchase by the airport of Samson Aviation with building work due to take place on the site in order to transform it into an area for the owners of private aircraft. The move is expected to create many jobs possibly running into more than a thousand.

Once the site is completed the area should become one of the UK's busiest private aircraft bases with the airport hoping for high-profile celebrities and businessmen becoming commonplace.
