Easyjet Announce Suspension Of Belfast-Berlin Route

Low-cost carrier easyjet are to suspend their Belfast-Berlin flight route from October 2008. However the remaining flights on the route can still be booked via the easyjet website.

The reasons behind the decision are still not clear however it is being suggested that the current high oil prices may be a primary reason behind the decision. However according to the airline the reasons behind the flight route being removed are due to low passenger numbers.
