British Airways Plan Business Class Check-In

British Airways are in the planning stages of a check-in area at Heathrow Terminal 5 exclusively for business class travellers.

The announcement has been made at the same time as the airline celebrates 100 days of terminal 5 operating and used the opportunity to highlight improvements to the management of the terminal that has recovered from the disastrous opening in March that saw tens of thousands of passengers have to travel without their baggage.
