Thursday 3rd July 2008Four shop stewards from Belfast International Airport who were sacked for organising a strike that was asking for a 50p per hour pay increase have won their legal battle with their ex-employer.
The four people involved have won their appeal hearing that was made against the security company ICTS which now means that they will be awarded £40,000 per person on the condition that they sign an agreement ensuring that they never speak or divulge information on the dispute again.
