Kingfisher Plan For Heathrow To India Flights
Monday 23rd June 2008The Indian airline Kingfisher has indicated that it is looking for a September date to begin flights to India from London Heathrow Airport.
The chairman of Kingfisher Virjay Mallya who also co-owns the Force India Formula 1 Team told the BBC that his airline had managed to secure slots at Heathrow Airport with which they could use to operate the service. Proposed detinations are currently Bangalore or Mumbai.
The airline is a relatively young one being only three, and is know as one of India's 'five star airlines'.
