Silverjet To Fly Again

Wednesday 11th June 2008

The carrier Silverjet are to fly again after a Swiss trust agreed on a price for the airline that has recently ceased operating.

The deal with the Swiss trust, KIngplace is expected to be completed by the 13th of June and will also be a welcome announcement for the Silverjet staff who all look to be kept on. Even tickets that were booked before the airline went out of business will still be valid.

Kingplace have said that they hope to have agreed all the conditions with the Silverjet administrators and are looking forward to ensuring current customers of Silverjet have their tickets honoured. If all goes to plan the group hope to have Silverjet in the air again in a matter of weeks.

Before going out of business Silverjet flew to New York and Dubai operating from Luton Airport.
