Eastern Airways To Provide Le Mans Twenty Four Hour Race Flights
Tuesday 10th June 2008Eastern Airways are to increase their flights in order to meet demand for the legendary Le Mans 24 Hour race held in France. The flights will operate from Southampton Airport.

Eastern Airways are an independant airline and will run the brand new service from the 6th of June 2008 on a Friday right up until the race starts on the 14th of June. The Le Mans circuit is located 46 miles from Angers Loire Airport which is where the Eastern Airways service will be operating to. The flights that have been laid on for the Le Mans race will continue to operate for the rest of the season on a Friday.
Flights that can get you to the circuit currently operate on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and all depart at 12 noon. They land at Angers Loire at 2.25pm (local French time). Returning flights depart Angers Loire at 2.55pm and arrive in Southampton at 3.20pm (local UK time).
