US Airways A330 Halts Take Off At Manchester Airport

A US Airways aircraft has had to abort its take off after a tyre gave a problematic tyre pressure reading.

Manchester Airport have confirmed that flight US735, which was bound for Philadelphia had a warning flight come on in the cockpit as the aircraft sped down the runway. The pilot aborted the take off and witnesses have stated that they saw smoke appear from the brakes. The aircraft involved was an Airbus A330.
