Ex-Glasgow Airport Employee Convicted Of Theft

A ex-employee of Glasgow Airport has been jailed for four months after admitting theft. Peter Reilly was caught as he picked up a bag from the domestic arrivals carousel whilst armed with scissors and secateurs.

The court heard that despite there being warnings at the airport that members of the public should not enter the area there was no physical steps in place to prevent this from happening.
