Brits Choose To Holiday At Home

The low cost carrier Flybe have stated that their reasearch indicated that the current financial conditions have led to more and more Brits taking short breaks within the UK.

According to the airline passenger numbers for the coming bank holiday show that bookings are up by 19.5% compared to this time in 2007. They are also expecting passenger numbers from Guernsey, Jersey and Belfast to also be up.
