Leeds Bradford Airport Named Most Punctual
Friday 25th April 2008Leeds Bradford Airport has been named the most punctual airport in the final three months of 2007 say the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority.)
The airport is shown to have the highest on-time performance totalling 84% as well as the shortest average delay time which was only eight minutes.
The airport has recently announced the appointing of a brand new management team with John Parking named as the new chief executive, which follows the Bridgepoint deal that was completed in May 2007. The Bridgepoint deal has alrady added 28 new flights to the northern hub as well as £70 million being invested in the airport to improve facilities and infastructure.
