Monarch Announce New Flight Route To Gibraltar

Travellers looking for a good service from Manchester to Gibraltar are in luck as Monarch has just announced that they are to launch a three-times-a-week flight route to Gibraltar.

The previous route that was operated from the airport ended in 2006 and Monarch have now decided to re-run the route which will begin in September of 2008. Gibraltar is a popular destination for many British passengers and the Government has welcomed the move by Monarch saying it is "pleased" that the link has once again been made available.

Recent Government announcements of a new financial model at Gibraltar Airport have no doubt aided in the decision by Monarch to run the flight route again.
