XL Airways to Offer Flights to Cyprus and Egypt in 2008

XL Airways have announced that from the 23rd May 2008 they will operate additional flights to Cyprus as well as a new service to Egypt, there will be no less than 10 weekly flights to Larnaca, Paphos and Sharm-El-Sheikh from Luton Airport.

Martin Lock, the managing director for XL.com had the following to say after the announcement; "We took the decision to introduce services from London Luton to Larnaca, Paphos and Sharm El Sheikh in response to huge customer demand from the North London area. London Luton is ideally located for this market just a few minutes from the M1 and M25 motorways, with car parks conveniently located close to the terminal building and great transport links to London. XL.com looks forward to working with London Luton and offering customers the opportunity of flying to Cyprus and Egypt from their local airport".
