BA to suspend Manchester to New York Flights in October
Friday 18th April 2008British Airways are to stop the daily flights from Manchester to JFK airport in New York from October.
This particular route is moving to London Gatwick to run the service from the Capital.
British Airways appear to be offering more choice to the Heathrow passengers, as the new service will take British Airways Gatwick - New York route up to around 62 times a week. Heathrow already offer 55 flights weekly.
Passengers in the north now face less choice on this particular route. Manchester Airport does, however, still offer Manchester to New York with Delta Airlines and Pakistan International Airlines.
