Gatwick Airport Moves Terminal 3 Archway

Thursday 6th December 2007

Some previous visitors to Gatwick Airport may remember the archway that was located at Terminal 3. The arch has now been moved to the North Terminal at Gatwick Airport. The lighting is being fitted to the arch before landscaping begins on the area to give it appeal for visitors.

Retail director Jo Astor had the following to say after the successful moving of the arch. “We are delighted that the arch has been installed as it gives our passengers a bright first impression of Gatwick Airport. We are also pleased that we have re-used the structure in its entire form and none of it will go to waste.”
