Foreign Minister A Victim Of Heathrow Baggage Mayhem
Monday 31st March 2008A foreign minister that has not been named has become the latest victim of the chaos at Heathrow Airport's brand new Terminal 5.
The news has been made public via the blog of EU Foreign Minister David Miliband who said that the minister told him that the bags had been lost as he went to a meeting in Slovania and was told by airport staff it could take weeks to get them back.
According to Mr. Miliband the minister passed on a message via him to give to BAA which was; "for goodness sake get your act together."
The opening of Terminal 5 has been fraught with baggage problems and the backlog curently stands as 15,000 bags that need to be re-united with their owners, a process that could take several weeks.
