British Airways Pilots Not To Strike
Wednesday 12th March 2008British Airways pilots and their union have agreed not to stage a strike over the Easter period. This is welcome news for thousands of travellers who were worried about disruption over the easter period.
The original disagreement that led to a strike risk was over the establishing of the OpenSkies subsiduary running flights from the Continent to the United States.

Following the announcement the union secretary Jim Auslan said, "Our row is not with the travelling public who will have worked hard for their Easter break."
