Heathrow Airport are to appear in court after legal action was taken against them by three local authorities over night flights from the airport they have branded 'illegal'

The reviews of the case will be put by the three councils on May the 20th at London's High Court according to a spokesperson for Richmond Council.

The three councils, Richmond Council, Wandsworth and Windsor and Maidenhead Councils have claimed that the night flying from Heathrow Airport breaks rules set in place by the Government.
