Ryanair Claims Necessary Changes Have Now Been Made However ABTA Does Not Agree

Thursday 28th February 2008

Ryanair have claimed that their website is now displaying the correct pricing that is required by the Office Of Fair Trading.

They have announced that all charges are now shown such as taxes however ABTA do not agree they have gone far enough. A spokesperson from ABTA said "It's not until you've selected your actual flight that you see the inclusive price," she said. "We don't believe this is in line with the OFT's guidelines."

Ryanair have said that they expect to still have some technical issues in the next few days and ask customers to be patient with them as they get the service back to 100% efficiency.
