Heathrow Terminal 4 Baggage Problems Resolved

Friday 22nd February 2008

The British Aviation Authority has announced that the baggage problems that began on Tuesday meaning that many thousands of passengers were unable to check in any baggage have now been resolved.

A computer software problem meant engineers working 24 hours a day to resolve the problem that unfortunately was not resolved simply by loading older software that had previously workmed on the baggage system. Passengers can now travel to the airport without having to call ahead as baggage can now be checked in as normal.
