Leeds Bradford Airport Begins Flights To Pakistan

The first direct flight to Pakistan from Leeds Bradford Airport has been launched. It is expected that 20,000 passengers annually will use the service which offers a direct flight to Islamabad.

Shaheen Air that will be operating the flight route stated "We picked Leeds Bradford Airport because we knew it would be popular with the large Asian community." The flights will be from £460 return and are the first flights to the region from a northern UK airport.
