British Airways 777 Crash Passengers To Sue Airline
Monday 4th February 2008
Several passengers that were aboard British Airways Flight 038 from Beijing are to sue the airline for stress and hearing problems after what has been quoted by a personal injury lawyer Sally Moore as 'a near death experience.'
Ms Moore expanded upon her comments by saying that passengers could be suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and she has already been dealing with several passengers looking for compensation.
If passengers have suffered mental trauma then they can receive up to £85,000 in compensation, however if British Airways are found to be at fault it can be considerably more.
