Kitten Flys Halfway Across United States

Wednesday 23rd January 2008

A 10-month old Tabby kitten has flown halfway across the United States after mistakenly ending up in his owner Seth Levys suitcase. The suitcase was taken by the wrong person at the airport in Texas and to the suprise of the man who took the case when he got home he found the kitten inside.

Fortunately he rang the home of Seth Levy and spoke to his wife who recalls the man saying "Hi, you're not going to believe this, but I am calling from Fort Worth, Texas. And I accidentally picked up your husband's luggage, and when I opened the luggage a cat jumped out." He agreed to look after the cat until Seth Levy could get there to pick it up. No doubt this was a lucky escape for the 10-month old Tabby who now must be one of the most well travelled cats on the planet!
