Airport Passengers Demand Better Airport Services
Friday 11th January 2008Recent surveys have illustrated that more than half of the people interviewed on the topic are of the opinion that airport systems and procedures are the worst aspect of any holiday which totalled an overall level of 55% saying that they were not satisfied with the procedures. It is interesting that once passengers over the age of 65 were interviewed the level of unhappiness shot up to 70%.
Amongst the improvements that could be made that will be most welcome were quicker check-in facilities (63%), faster security queues (54%), being able to keep away from the crowds in the airline lounge (36%).
One very interesting point ws that when people were asked about larger baggage allowances only 33% said that they would like a larger one (37% women).
