Ting Tings Realise Fame At Liverpool Airport

New music band The Ting Tings realised that they were now famous in an unusual way when travelling through Liverpool John Lennon Airport recently. The Ting Tings have only been formed for 12 months but are currently one of Britains most talked about bands.

Lead singer and guitarist Katie White explained that the whole band were carrying their luggage through security when they were approched by a fan. When the fan asked her a question she replied 'i don't know what you are talking about' and ran away! She goes on to explain that when the fan mentioned the name of the band they were relieved that it was a fan and not someone dangerous.

Katie goes on the explain "I thought phew, he actually knows the band. I was quite rude to him at first." There can be no denying to the band now just how far their fame has spread.
