Judge Rules MAXjet Can Help Stranded Passengers

A federal judge has stated that MAXjet will be able to assist stranded passengers with $390,000 after the company announced bankrupcy on Christmas Eve.

The judge ststed that MAXjet can pay other airlines to carry its passengers and book hotel rooms for passengers that have been severely affected.
