Parkway Railway Station Begins Construction

Wednesday 19th December 2007

A new railway station that will serve East Midlands Airport. The project will be funded by the East Midlands Parkway Project with a price tag of £25.5 million however there will be a £895,000 contribution from the East Midlands Development Agency.

The new station will be located near junction 24 of the M1 and provide an excellent link the the airport that will be both fast and convenient.
