Continental Airlines to transfer flights to Heathrow

Continental Airlines is to transfer daily Cleveland flights from London Gatwick to Heathrow starting on May 3.
The economic downturn has also resulted in the closure of flights from Cleveland to Paris Charles de Gaulle.
Continental's chairman and CEO Larry Kellner said: "Our Cleveland customers have told us they want non-stop service to Heathrow, the most important business airport in Europe , and we are delighted to be able to meet the Citys needs,"
He added: We are investing in this service because of its potential,.
The upcoming Heathrow service will be available up until September 27, flown by Boeing 757 aircraft with capacity for 16 BusinessFirst passengers and 159 economy passengers.
