BAA Appoint Gatwick Airport Sale Advisors

The operator of Gatwick Airport BAA, have confirmed that they have appointed advisors that will assist them with the sale of Gatwick Airport.

BAA will benefit from the financial expertise of RBS and HSBC that is backed up with a legal team from Freshfields (corporate) as well as Herbert Smith (competition and property). Also part of the advice team will be Finsbury who will supply strategic communications support.
