Parents Take Flight And Leave Child At Airport

Airport workers at Ben Gurion Airport in Israel were stunned to discover a three-year old girl in the duty-free shop after her parents boarded a flight leaving her there.

The parents had another four children with them as they boarded the flight and apparently were only aware that the child had been left behind when the captain of their aircraft spoke to them on the flight. The girl was put on the next flight departing for Paris to be reunited with her parents. The parents are to be questioned when they return to Israel over the highly unusual incident.

With children going missing such as in the case of Madeline McCann the parents are very fortunate that their child was able to be reunited with them without suffering any harm. However they may have a job on their hands explaining to Israeli authorities the reasons behind leaving the child at the airport!
