Servisair To Axe Gatwick Airport Jobs

Servisair have announced that they are to lose approximately 162 jobs at Gatwick Airport.

The reason for this has been cited as 'seasonal factors' as well as the Open Skies policy which has resulted in the number of staff having to be reduced. According to reports 61 manual jobs and 8 clerical jobs are to be axed with the union UNITE being informed of the matter who are apparently attempting to reduce the number of redundancies that are to be made.
