Arrival Procedure

On arrival at the short stay car park insert credit or debit card (used to pre-book). Your card will be recongnised and the barrier will lift automatically. If you encounter any problem, press the help button on the enrty machine. Proceed to park your car. If you do not receive immediate attenion, press the ticket button, take a ticket and park your vehicle. (Upon return use alternative exit instructions shown below).

Departure Procedure

On return collect your vehicle, proceed to the exit barrier, insert your credit or debit card (Used to pre-book). Your card will be recognised and the barrier will lift automatically. If you encounter any problems, press the help button on the exit machine. Alternative -on your return, proceed to the long stay car park Customer Services Office, Present your booking form and ticket, whereupon staff will validate your ticket. Return to the short stay car park, collect your vehicle, proceed to the exit barrier, and insert the validated ticket at the barrier to exit.
