An excellent service. Staff extremely friendly, polite (unlike most corporate businesses these days Callerton staff will go out of their way to help you out). Left one of my bags in the minibus on my way to the airport and when I returned from holiday there it was waiting for me in the office. It is really nice to see a place like this nowadays even if the reception area is a little scruffy! Thank you Callerton parking!

Callerton airport parking advertise securer parking. I lost my wheel dust caps and I know they don't cost a fortune but I put my car in this park to be keep safe and securer as advertised Quote from webpage = Security measures at Callerton Car Park include - barrier controls security fencing CCTV and floodlighting. Please remove all valuables from your car before travelling you park at your own risk.Transfers to and from Newcastle airport Courtesy transfers run from the site to the airport every 10 - 15 minutes and take 2 minutes to reach the airport terminal depending on the state of the traffic. Extra useful information Disabled passengers are advised to use the on airport car parks Trailers permitted but you will be charged an extra day Your car will be cleaned for you before your return Minimum stay 3 days They obviously have a problem some where? and I will never use them again and advise others on the same. I suppose they think people will not bother complaint at something so trivial but to me I have paid for something I didn't get and that was vehicle security.
