Arrival Procedure
Please telephone our customer services 30 minutes before scheduled arrival time on 07921 232909 or 0191 2144022. Park in our short stay car park 3 (fast track car park), just a few meters from the check-in hall, where our chauffeur will be waiting to meet you.
Departure Procedure
On your return to Newcastle airport, after collecting your luggage, please telephone 07921 232909. Alternatively, please dial 555 on the white courtesy telephone in baggage reclaim situated near the toilet facilities. Then simply proceed outside the terminal and turn immediately right towards our short stay car park 3 (fast track car park), where your car will be waiting for collection.
Security
While you are on holiday your car will be parked on site at Newcastle airport, in a secured location covered by CCTV and 24 hour surveillance. Your car will be parked in a secured and official on airport car park. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.
Insurance
Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored subject to the car parks` terms and conditions.
Notes
In the event of any problems e.g. if you will be arriving or returning late, please inform customer services on (07921) 232909 or (0191) 2144022. Your car will be parked in a secured and official on airport car park.
