The car park was easy to find but their policy of sending you to one car park to collect your ticket and then back to another car park to actually park your car is extremely frustrating and time-wasting. Further, on return from holiday, we, and a dozen other couples, were left standing in the freezing cold for well over half an hour waiting for a bus to return us to the car park, even though I had called them as we left the baggage reclaim to ensure the bus would be there for us - and was assured on the phone that the bus would meet us at the transport terminal and would be waiting there for us.

We were running late for our flight and was amazed at how quickly MIA Secure checked us in, helped us load our bags into the minibus and took us to our terminal at Manchester Airport. All in All it took less than 15 minutes from arriving at the car park to walking into the departure terminal. Very friendly staff, no waiting and a very good price. We have recommended them to all our friends.

We arrived at the car park approx 4.00a.m on the 22nd of december 2007,our flight was at 6.20a.m.due to waiting around for so long at the car park,for the mini bus to collect us.we ended up missing our flight.we had to pay for two more flights,just because we used this car park,who took too long transfering us to the airport.i telephoned the car park to advise them, about us missing our flight,and was told it would be no good speaking to the manager ,as he would just say,that i should have read the small print in the terms and conditions!!! please make sure your get to the car park 3 and a half hours before your flight,if you intend to use this car park.on my return home i requested a copy of the term and conditions,and could not find,the times stated that you should allow,before your flight!!! i would never use this car park service ever again!!! i would definitly pay the extra for a closer,quicker,effective service.(that gets you to your flight on time)
