Arrival Procedure
You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you to the car park. If your confirmation has a barcode, just scan the barcode at the entry barrier. If it doesn`t, just put the credit or debit card you booked with into the slot, and the barrier will lift. If it doesn`t lift, or you don`t have your card, press the buzzer so you can speak to a member of staff. What you shouldn`t do is take a ticket or use a different card, because the machine may then try to charge you again when you leave. The last four digits of the card you booked with will be on your confirmation.
Departure Procedure
At the exit barrier, just scan the barcode on your booking confirmation or put the credit or debit card you booked with into the slot. If you took a ticket when you came in, or you haven`t got the card you booked with, press the buzzer and speak to a member of staff. You`ll need your booking confirmation. Don`t put a different card from the one you booked with into the machine.
Security
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. You are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.
Insurance
Parking is at the vehicle owner`s own risk, and subject to the printed terms and conditions of the individual car park.
Notes
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
