Information

Arrival Procedure

On arrival at the car park take a ticket at the entrance barrier. Park your car and take a ticket and your confirmation/booking reference with you. Please ensure you keep the ticket and e-mail confirmation/booking reference safe as you will need them on your return.

Departure Procedure

At the exit barrier, press the help button and inform the staff of your booking reference. Please also ensure you have your entry ticket with you.

Security

Manned 24hrs per day. security fenced and patrolled. CCTV in operation.

Insurance

Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject the the car parks printed terms and conditions.

Notes

While the automatic barrier is being fitted customers will be met in person by an attendant and directed to their space. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Disabled Facilities

Our car parks are DDA compliant, so all disabled customers are able to park in suitable places.

Trailers

Trailers are not permitted.
