Arrival Procedure

You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation to the car park with you. If your confirmation has a barcode on, just scan the barcode at the entry barrier. If it doesn`t lift, just put the debit or credit card you booked with into the slot. The barrier will lift. If it doesn`t, or you don`t have your card, just press the buzzer to speak to a member of staff. What you shouldn`t do is take a ticket or use a different card, as the machine may try to charge you again when you leave. The last four digits of the card you booked with will be on your confirmation.

Departure Procedure

You`ll need to catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from the Jet Parks Plus bus stop. It`s on the right outside of arrivals at terminal 1; on the left at terminal 2; and right outside at terminal 3, opposite the Spar shop. As before, just scan the barcode on your booking confirmation or put the debit or credit card you booked with into the slot on the exit barrier. If you did take a ticket when you came in, you should press the buzzer to speak to a member of staff. You`ll need to have your booking confirmation to hand.

Security

Jet Parks Plus is manned 24 hours a day and protected by CCTV, entry and exit barriers, floodlighting and 24-hour security patrols. It holds the Park Mark, a national security award for car parks which is accredited by the police.

Insurance

Parking is at the vehicle owner`s own risk, subject to the car park`s terms and conditions.

Notes

If you need any extra days` parking, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate. If you don`t use all your parking, unfortunately we can`t give you a refund for the unused days. The car park monitors its CCTV but the footage is not always recorded.
